WashPot respects your privacy and provides users with the ability to request deletion of their account.

You may request deletion of your WashPot account at any time by:

• Using the Delete Account option available within the WashPot application (if available); or
• Contacting us at washpot.app@gmail.com from your registered email address.

2. What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your deletion request is processed:

• Your name, email address, profile photograph, and other personally identifiable information will be removed or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
• Authentication credentials associated with your account will be invalidated.

• Records necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or disputes.

Retained records will no longer identify you personally wherever reasonably practicable.

4. Booking History

Historical booking information may be retained after account deletion for operational, legal, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

These records are retained without personal identifiers wherever reasonably practicable.

5. Time Required

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Processing times may vary depending on technical, operational, or legal requirements.

6. Exceptions

WashPot may delay or refuse deletion where retention is required:

• By applicable law.
• To investigate fraud or misuse.
• To resolve disputes.

• To protect the rights, safety, or security of WashPot, service providers, or other users.
